Ad Film Director

Ad shoots, brand films and scroll-stopping reels are planned, shot and edited in-house at Eleven:11. As Ad Film Director you'll lead them: shaping the idea and the script, running the shoot and guiding the edit until the story lands.
Responsibilities
- Develop film concepts, scripts and storyboards with the creative team
- Direct shoots: casting, crew, locations and performances
- Guide the edit, sound and colour through to the final cut
- Plan versions for TV, YouTube, Instagram and Meta ads
- Keep shoot schedules and budgets on track with production
Required qualifications
- A director's reel of commercials or brand films
- Experience leading a crew on set
- A strong sense of story, framing and pace
Preferred skills
- Malayalam-language productions
- Hands-on cinematography or editing
- Commercials for retail or automotive brands
