Eleven:11 is a creative and digital marketing agency in Kochi: designers, filmmakers, writers and marketers under one roof. As Creative Director you'll own the creative vision across branding, campaigns, social and film, and turn briefs into ideas brands are remembered for.
Responsibilities
- Set the creative direction for brand identities, campaigns, social content and films
- Lead, mentor and grow the design, copy and video team
- Present ideas to clients and turn their feedback into stronger work
- Review every piece before it goes out, from key visuals to final cuts
- Work with the strategy and performance teams so the creative is built to perform
Required qualifications
- A portfolio of brand and campaign work you led
- Experience running a creative team in an agency or an in-house brand team
- Confident presenting to founders and marketing heads
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, film and copy
Preferred skills
- Experience with brands in Kerala, the UK or the Gulf
- Hands-on design or film skills
- Malayalam
