Performance Marketing Lead

Our performance team runs data-driven Google Ads and Meta ad funnels that reach the right audience at the right time, and keeps improving the return. You'll lead the team and the accounts, working closely with the creative studio on the ads themselves.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run Google Ads, Meta and YouTube campaigns across clients
- Own budgets, bidding, audiences and conversion tracking
- Brief the creative team on ad concepts and run structured tests
- Report results to clients every month and recommend next steps
- Lead and train the performance marketing team
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad budgets for several clients or brands
- Strong with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Comfortable explaining results to clients in plain words
Preferred skills
- Google Ads and Meta certifications
- Lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
- Looker Studio dashboards
